Shipping policy

Due to the new VAT laws, sales to the UK are temporarily paused.

All orders are processed 8am EST on Monday and Thursdays after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For international shipments: Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

On occasion, due to various shipping vagaries beyond our control, your order can take longer than the estimated amount of time. The maximum delivery time we expect you to wait before sending you a new shipment is 15 business days for shipments within the continental USA, 30 business days for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, or Military addresses, and 60 business days for all international shipments. Please note that 99% of all packages arrive before then, and you shouldn't be unduly worried about a delay. If you believe your order is late or lost, please check with your local post and/or customs office to make sure they are not holding the package for you.

Replacements

Please inspect your order upon reception. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shop@pandagm.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will try our best to make it right.
